Evelyn P. Hickey, 89. of Stuart, FL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Hospice House Woodside, Pinellas Park, FL, under the care of Suncoast Hospice.
Born in Manchester, CT, she moved from Windsor Locks, CT to Royal Palm Beach, FL in 1980. She moved with her husband, Robert, to Stuart in 1993 when she retired as a Legal Secretary at the age of 70. She was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church, Stuart and enjoyed playing cards, crafts, and bible study.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 2008. Survivors include her daughter, Barbara (Ken) Weyer of Largo, FL; three stepchildren, Michael, Timothy and Judith Hickey, all of Winsor Locks, CT; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
