Stanley A. Kennedy, Jr.

Stanley A. Kennedy, Jr., 59, of Enterprise, AL, died Wednesday (July 28, 2010) at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. He was born in Providence, RI, and moved to Enterprise in 1998 from Clarksville, TN.

He retired from the US Army where he served as a helicopter pilot. He was a member of the Night Stalkers Association, American Legion, Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) and the Circle City Corvette Club.

He is survived by his wife, Karen of Enterprise; sons, Michael of Little Rock, AR, and Jason (daughter-in-law, Haley Fish) of Denver, CO; mother, Laura of Enterprise; and sister, Linda Sorensen of Eaton, NH.

Services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on Friday, November 19, at 9:00AM.  He will be placed there with full military honors.

The family requests that donations be made in his name to the National Kidney Foundation or the Night Stalkers Association.
